So that you can shop with confidence and not have to worry about product quality and your ethical and environmental responsibility, we have already made a lot of good decisions on our part so that you don't have to think about the meaning of your choices. We take responsibility for how the material used in a product is produced, the energy resources we use to produce materials and manufacture products, how we use the world's water resources and how we contribute to the earth's carrying capacity through time-sustainable production.
Quality and sustainability certification is one way of embodying the themes behind the sustainability mantra.

Responsibility, authority entries and quality
In the core values of our operations, responsibility is a big role, as well as quality. High -quality, durable products are the largest climate in the textile industry as the opposite of disposable culture.
Here we have briefly opened the main themes of the standards. You can always read the standards and certificates in more detail in each section.
Nativa ™
Sukkamestarit Oy is certified as the world's first sock factory in the responsibility and traceability of Nativa-Merinovilla in the program. The first wool set arrived in production in April 2020 and we only went on to use Nativa's certified merino wool.
Starting in the fall of 2020, the product labels also have QR code, which allows anyone to get to know the origin of the material materials. The Merino wool of the sock masters comes from La Magdalena Farm, Salto, Uruguay. All of the merino wool we use is mulleting free.
ISO 9001
- There is a commitment to customer -centricity and quality
In our operations, we follow a quality system that meets the requirements of ISO9001: 2015. Bureau Veritas has awarded our operations certificate on November 15, 2016.
ISO9001 is the most well -known quality management standard for continuous improvement in operations and increasing customer satisfaction.
The ISO 9001 does not dictate how the business should be implemented, but rather allows the standard to meet the requirements for the organization in the most appropriate way. At the same time, it also promotes a culture of continuous improvement in the organization. ISO 9001 is a particularly good tool for improving action by preventing the errors from recurring and their formation. ISO 9001 certification plays an important role in implementing sustainable business, as reducing errors saves costs and reduces waste.

Oeko-tex
Standard 100 by Oeko-Tex is an international certificate that tells about product safety from the user's point of view. In order to obtain a certificate, the pH level of the product must be skin friendly, has been shown to be non-toxic and non-toxic.
The certificate is issued for one year at a time, and certified products are always checked by an independent research institute. The more the product is in contact with the skin, the stricter the Oeko-Tex criteria.
Testing includes the entire production chain and all parts of the product, from yarns to buttons and coloring. Standard 100 by does not guarantee or require the product to be organic certified, but the certificate ensures that the product is safe for its user. All of the materials we use are Oeko-Tex certified.

Key ticket
The key ticket is a sign of Finnish work. It says that the product is manufactured or the service is produced in Finland and employed in Finland. In addition, the domesticity of the product or service must be at least 50 %. On average, the domesticity of the Key Flag products is over 80 %. Sukkamestarit Oy's products have been awarded the key flag. All our socks are made at our factory in Ylöjärvi.
Recover
Our sustainable development program also includes socks made from recycled materials. The yarns we use to knit socks are made of Recover recycling materials. The Recover dyeing process also gives a smooth coloring result without water or chemical dyes.
With Recover yarns we make more environmentally friendly socks.

CE
The CE marking indicates that the product has been checked and meets the EU's safety, health and environmental requirements.
CE marking is mandatory only for products that are defined as the requirements of the EU as a whole and explicitly required.
Some products in the EU are simultaneously subject to several requirements. The manufacturer must ensure that the product complies with all requirements and make a CE marking. The CE marking may not be made for products that are not specified in EU requirements or is not required to mark.
TOEZZ Hockey -Ville protection products are classified as personal protection and are CE approved.
