Delivery conditions - Delivery charges

Possible delivery charges for your order are available at the checkout before you pay for your order.

When the total amount of the products you have ordered is at least 50 euros, the order will be delivered free of charge to the Matkahuolto or Post service points or to your mailbox.

Choice of free delivery methods:

  • Matkahuolto Nearby parcel
  • Roadshare XXS parcel
  • Freight XXS Hatch delivery (max. 1kg)
  • Post Postal parcel
  • Small parcel (max. 200g)

When the total amount of the products you order is at least 100 euros, the order can also be delivered free of charge by Matkahuolto Home Delivery or Posti Home Parcel.

Delivery options

Carrier XXS-box delivery | 5€

Up to 3 x 25 x 40 cm.

The parcel will be delivered to the recipient's post box or letterbox within 2-4 working days of dispatch. Includes tracking of the parcel.

Travel service XXS parcel | 5€

Up to 3 x 25 x 40 cm.

The parcel will be delivered to the nearest parcel delivery point to the recipient's address or to a parcel delivery point of the recipient's choice within 1-3 working days of dispatch and is also distributed on Saturdays in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, Tampere, Turku and Oulu. Delivery tracking included.

Posti Small parcel | 5€

Up to 3 x 25 x 35 cm.

The parcel will be delivered within 1-3 working days after sending to a post box or letterbox anywhere in Finland (delivery times may vary in rural areas). Delivery tracking included.

Parcel delivery service | 7€

The parcel will be delivered to the service point of the recipient's choice within 1-3 working days of dispatch and is also available on Saturdays in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, Tampere, Turku and Oulu.

Posti Postal parcel | 7€

The parcel will be delivered to a parcel machine or service point of the recipient's choice within 1-3 working days of dispatch.

Home delivery | 12€

The parcel is delivered to the recipient's home. Delivery time to be agreed with the recipient 1-3 working days after dispatch. Evening and weekend deliveries are also available in major cities. Saturday deliveries are also available in the capital region, Tampere, Turku and Oulu. Evening deliveries are also available in Joensuu, Jyväskylä, Kouvola, Kuopio, Lahti and Pori.

Posti Kotipaketti | 12€

The parcel is delivered to the recipient's home. As a rule, Posti will contact the recipient digitally on the working day following the order and arrange a delivery time. The delivery times vary from 9 am to 9 pm in each region and the recipient can choose the time window that suits them, usually within 2-4 hours.

Pick-up from the factory | 0€

The parcel can be collected during the opening hours listed below as soon as you have received the delivery confirmation of your order.

Factory outlet: Mondays and Thursdays from 13:00 to 18:00.

Office: Mon-Fri 8.00-15.30.

Packages collected from the factory are kept for 14 days from the date of dispatch of the delivery confirmation.

Delivery conditions - General

General information

Sukkamestarit Oy, business ID 2143817-5, address: Kuukuja 2-4, 33420 Tampere. Sells products to companies and adult individuals within the EU. These terms of delivery apply to orders placed in our online shop and to similar deliveries.

These terms of delivery are valid from 16.5.2018. We may unilaterally change our terms of delivery from time to time, so please check our terms of delivery each time you order products from our online store.

Products and product prices

The characteristics and prices of the products in the online shop are shown on the product page of each product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges, so please check the price of the product in the shopping cart before accepting the order. The prices of the products include VAT at 24%, which will be displayed in the shopping cart and on the order confirmation.

If you are ordering from Åland, please contact our customer service for a VAT refund.

Ordering and contract

You can order products from our online shop by adding them to your shopping cart and paying for your purchases using the payment method of your choice. When ordering from our online shop, you are required to have read and agreed to our terms and conditions of delivery in force from time to time. You understand that your order, once paid and confirmed by us, is binding and, by these terms of delivery, creates a contract between us.

Payment and payment methods

Payment methods include online banking, MobilePay, Google Pay, credit card, PayPal, Klarna and Trustly. For invoice related questions, please contact Klarna's customer service directly.

By confirming your payment, you also accept the Trustpilot product and service evaluation questionnaire, which will be sent to your email address. However, receipt of the survey does not oblige you to respond to it.

Order confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your contact details and a breakdown of the products you have ordered. Please check the order confirmation for accuracy and if you find any errors, please contact our customer service.

Delivery times for the different delivery methods are defined as follows Delivery conditions-under the heading "Delivery conditions". Sukkamestarit Oy is not responsible for any delays in delivery times by the carrier.

Shipment checks, errors and problems

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If the product(s) are missing or damaged in transit, or if the products do not otherwise match your order, please contact our online store's customer service directly. Our customer service staff will assist you with any questions regarding your order.

Sukkamestarit Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or direct damage or any other damage related to the order, delivery or product, or any of the above, except to the extent otherwise provided by mandatory provision of the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law in respect of such damage.

Disputes

We will endeavour to resolve any disputes regarding your order by agreement in the first instance, so please contact our customer service department in the first instance.

If a dispute over a sales contract cannot be resolved by negotiation between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Consumer Advisory Service of the Registrar's Office (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
