Description

The patterns knitted into the Classsic Lumitarti merino wool socks add a sophisticated detail to your outfit. The neutral, earthy colours are easy to combine with other accessories.

The Classic range of socks is made using the finest sockmakers' techniques, with particular attention to fit. The fit has been improved, for example by shaping the heel and toe.

Classic Lumitarti socks are suitable for everyday use and for formal wear. The thin construction feels comfortable on the foot, and is ideal for wearing with ankle boots, loafers or for a more casual look with tennis shoes.

Merino wool is breathable, soft and always feels just the right amount of warmth. It is suitable for year-round use. Merino wool does not itch even the most sensitive skin.

This product is also made in Sukkamestare's own factory in Ylöjärvi with 100% Finnish labour.

Care instructions:

we recommend pre-washing merino wool socks before use
for marine socks, airing is often sufficient
careful washing at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius
use as light a spin as possible
the use of a wash bag saves wear and tear on the product
do not use detergents containing rinsing agents or bleaching agents
do not use a tumble dryer or drying programmes
please note that merino wool socks will shrink in the wash, please shape/stretch the socks while damp to restore the original size
use a lint remover - merino wool socks are easily linted by rubbing

Merino wool NATIVA™

Wool is a warm and breathable material. Sheep's wool has excellent performance characteristics, as it breathes and insulates heat well. Self-renewing and biodegradable, natural fibre absorbs moisture well, does not wrinkle and straightens quickly. For wool products, airing rather than washing is sometimes sufficient. Wool is inherently fire-retardant, highly resistant to bacteria and mould.
