Kota - technical merino wool socks for skiing

Knee-high merino wool socks with a beautiful snowflake pattern, knitted for winter outdoor activities.

The Kota socks have a thin shaft, which also fits well in tight ski boots. The socks contain elastane throughout the shaft, allowing the snug pressure to be distributed evenly across the entire foot. The soft and thick merino wool terry sole feels comfortable and keeps feet warm even in harsh frosts. The 4-layer structure makes the socks durable and brings out the best qualities of the materials used.

The socks are at their best on the ski slope or cross-country trail, but are also excellent for any snow sport where you need protection for your whole foot against snow and cold.

Merino wool primarily makes the socks very warm and soft, also suitable for those who get skin reactions from regular wool. In addition, merino wool prevents the formation of unwanted odors, so you don't need to stress about a little foot sweat on the slopes. Polypropylene, on the other hand, efficiently transfers moisture from the skin, keeping feet dry and warm.

Due to their terry sole, Kota socks may be too thick for the narrowest shoes, but they are suitable for almost all ski and snowboard boots and winter shoes.

This product is also made at Sukkamestarit’s own factory in Ylöjärvi with 100% Finnish workmanship.
