Description
Really warm alpaca wool socks with a non-constricting shaft.
The ribbed turn of the sock shaft is slightly wider than usual, which helps prevent a tight feeling around the ankle. Despite their relatively thin structure, the socks have a warmth rating of 4, meaning they keep your feet very warm even on their own in freezing weather. The socks are also highly breathable and stretchy.
Alpaca wool is somewhat low in durability, which is why alpaca wool socks are best suited for use as sleeping or lounging socks.
Alpaca wool contains no lanolin, so it is also suitable for people with wool allergies. Polyamide adds a bit more durability and elasticity to the socks.
This product is also made at Sukkamestarit’s own factory in Ylöjärvi with 100% Finnish labor.
