Napa - merino wool socks for hiking

Thick and super-soft merino wool socks with a calf-length shaft. The front of the ankle features the knitted Uphill text.

The Napa socks are knitted with flexible Flextech technology, which makes the socks especially stretchy and comfortable to wear. The shaft stays up well without an unpleasant feeling of tightness. The shaped heel and light arch support improve the fit of the socks. There is an unobtrusive toe seam on top of the toes, which helps prevent chafing.

Soft socks are excellent, for example, for hiking in cold weather in autumn and winter, and they are warm enough to be worn alone even in freezing temperatures. They are also great socks for all snow sports or simply for yard work in severe frost.

In terms of warmth, the socks are the warmest possible, rated 5. The purpose of merino wool is to make the socks breathable and warm, but its antibacterial properties also help prevent odors from forming in the socks. This extends the washing interval and lifespan of the socks. Polyamide brings durability to the socks.

For the tightest shoes, the Napa socks may be too thick, but for example for hiking and trekking boots, as well as most winter shoes and boots, they are an excellent fit.

This product is also made at Sukkamestarit’s own factory in Ylöjärvi with 100% Finnish labor.
