Description
Very warm, alpaca wool socks with a non-constricting rolled cuff. There is a discreet toe seam on top of the toes.
The rolled cuff of the socks prevents a tight feeling around the ankle. Despite the relatively thin structure, the socks have a warmth value of 4, meaning they keep you very warm even when worn alone in freezing weather. The socks are also highly breathable and stretchy. The discreet toe seam on top of the toes helps prevent chafing and blisters.
Alpaca wool is relatively weak in terms of wear resistance, which is why alpaca wool socks are best suited for use as sleep or lounging socks.
Alpaca wool contains no lanolin, making it suitable for people with wool allergies. Polyamide adds some extra durability and flexibility to the socks.
This product is also made at Sukkamestarit’s own factory in Ylöjärvi with 100% Finnish workmanship.
