Uska merino wool socks with a beautiful knitted soft shaft.

The shaft of the socks is very flexible and moderately non-restrictive. The foot part of the sock is made of smooth knit. The thermal value of the socks is 3, which means that despite their relatively thin structure, they feel warm and are sufficient on their own for mild frosts. The ankle-length shaft effectively protects the feet from the cold.

Uska socks are perfect for lounging at home and as bed socks, but they also crown any outfit for everyday wear!

Merino wool as the main material ensures that your feet stay fresh and comfortable all day. The socks are warm, but due to their thin structure, they also feel just right for indoor use. Merino wool is antibacterial, which guarantees that the socks won't start to smell during the day, even if your feet sweat a little from time to time.

This product is also made at Sukkamestarit’s own factory in Ylöjärvi, with 100% Finnish workmanship.

Care instructions:

we recommend pre-washing merino wool socks before use
for marine socks, airing is often sufficient
careful washing at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius
use as light a spin as possible
the use of a wash bag saves wear and tear on the product
do not use detergents containing rinsing agents or bleaching agents
do not use a tumble dryer or drying programmes
please note that merino wool socks will shrink in the wash, please shape/stretch the socks while damp to restore the original size
use a lint remover - merino wool socks are easily linted by rubbing

Wool is a warm and breathable material. Sheep's wool has excellent performance characteristics, as it breathes and insulates heat well. Self-renewing and biodegradable, natural fibre absorbs moisture well, does not wrinkle and straightens quickly. For wool products, airing rather than washing is sometimes sufficient. Wool is inherently fire-retardant, highly resistant to bacteria and mould.
